We packed a few clothes and tons of snacks and food for little allergic people and headed to the lodge about an hour away. This place rocks! It is built to look like a giant log cabin and has a huge indoor waterpark right there inside the building. We spent two nights at the lodge and played at the waterparks over a three-day period. It was tons of fun and exhausting! Hayes spent alot of time on my lap either eating a snack and watching Daddy and Addie romp in the wave pool or lounging with his head on my shoulder as we made our way down the "lazy river" on a plastic inner tube (which was by far my favorite attraction at the lodge)! Fun was had by all and we are already ready to go back!
I love these pictures I snapped after a looooong morning at the waterpark. Hayes hopped right up into the bed to take a nap beside his Daddy. 
We really had such a nice time. Sometimes it's just nice to get away. It's been a long time since we did that. I vote we do it more often!
