I had it as a child, it's not nice, but it's something that you grow out of.
Carrie, have you tried Aquaphor? It's like vaseline but not as greasy. My dermatoligist recommends it for everything, including my eczema...which is spotty and only comes in the winter. It does help some. And it's great on diaper rash and any redness or chapped skin that Ainsley gets.
