My good friend and sorority sister, Stacie, helped to design Hayes' birth announcement and made the whole process really easy for me. I think they turned out pretty cute!
He is such a trooper and doesn't mind a bit when I dress him up and make him look festive and goofy!
Tim still has the magic touch....five minutes snuggled up on Daddy's chest and he is out like a light!
Here he is all cleaned up right after a bath. He smells the best afterwards, but not for long! Little boys definitely don't smell as good as baby girls...he can be a little stinker!
He has just started to really smile and loves it when I sing to him...imagine that! At our last doctor's appointment, he weighed in at a whopping 10 1/2 lbs, which didn't surprise me because he still eats almost every 2 hours during the day. When will this slow down? He is sleeing 3-4 hours at a time most nights. I appreciate those "long" stretches and am quick to jump in bed myself shortly after he goes down each night! When people visit, they say he is growing and getting big...but to me, he is still tiny and fragile. I can't believe he will be as big as Addie in a year or two. Where does the time go? We visited the pumpkin patch this weekend and I brought along the camera. I'll post more about that in the next day or so. Plus, Papaw Rick and Grandma Julie are coming this week to visit and meet Hayes, so we will have lots of pictures and stories to share after the weekend!
